Laser Processing

Description

We offer multi-axis laser processing services for hot gas path and structural components such as high pressure turbine, low pressure turbine, and combustors. Our multi-axis Nd:YAG and multi-axis CO2 lasers have maximum output power of 400 W and 4,000 W, respectively. Having CNC and DNC capabilities, the 5 and 6-axis lasers have a maximum XYZ travel of 96" x72" x 36". Our laser cutting and drilling services can produce trepan and percussion cooling holes. We are experienced with high temperature aerospace super alloys, cobalt and nickel based ferrous and non-ferrous metals, and non-metallic materials that have a maximum material process thickness of .500".
