Laser Engraving

Description
We offer laser cutting, laser engraving and laser marking services at our full service machine shop. We combine state-of-the-art laser cutting technology with old-fashioned customer service and strict attention to detail. Equipped with flying optic CO2, oxygen and nitrogen lasers with 2000W of output power, we’re capable of cutting through up to .3/8″ thick steel and up to 1/8″ thick stainless steel and aluminum. We achieve tolerances of .002″, and leave edges that require little or no additional finishing.
A quick-change-over table accommodates sheet sizes up to 5′ x 10′ for large parts.  Our layout expertise combined with pinpoint laser accuracy enables us to offer cost-saving advantages. To optimize our laser cutting output and minimize waste, we arrange geometries that enable a single cut to simultaneously create edges for two distinct OEM parts and leave no material waste in between. We are also able to achieve difficult shapes and intricate contours.  In addition to laser cutting, laser engraving and laser marking services, we also offer a wide range of secondary fabrication services for complete, start-to-finish part production.
